M-03 analyzes six consecutive timeframes selected around the current chart interval. It combines six factors, AI learning, energy, chip, MACD, OBV, and KDJ, into a multi-timeframe confluence matrix and provides summaries of market direction, strategy, risk, and key observations.
It is designed for traders who want to check whether multiple timeframes are aligned before deciding whether to look for a potential entry.
What can I use M-03 for?
M-03 can help you:
-
Compare short- and medium-term timeframes to see whether they are moving in the same direction or showing conflicting conditions.
-
Identify timeframes that are still warming up, missing volume data, or unavailable.
-
Use the overall direction as a market filter rather than a precise entry signal.
-
Review ATR-based risk levels and the number of bullish and bearish aligned timeframes.
How to read the panels
Unlike M-01 and M-02, M-03 does not display a conventional moving-average ribbon on the main chart. Most of its information is presented through two floating panels.
1. Multi-timeframe confluence panel
The multi-timeframe confluence panel displays six selected timeframes, with each row showing the status of:
-
Composite: Overall state for the timeframe
-
AI learning: Classification factor based on historical open, high, low, close, and volume (OHLCV) data
-
Energy: Price-movement strength
-
Chip: Price-volume positioning factor
-
MACD (moving average convergence divergence): Trend and momentum
-
OBV (on-balance volume): Volume-based direction
-
KDJ: Momentum oscillator
Composite summarizes the overall state of that timeframe, while the individual factors show what is contributing to or opposing that direction.
A row may also display ready, warming, loading, or unavailable depending on the data available. Do not interpret an incomplete or unavailable row as bullish, bearish, or neutral.
2. AI trading advice panel
The AI trading advice panel summarizes the broader multi-timeframe picture. It shows:
-
Overall direction
-
Strategy
-
Confidence
-
ATR-based risk
-
Number of bullish and bearish aligned timeframes
-
Key prompts
Confidence represents the absolute value of the composite directional score. It is not a calibrated win rate or probability of profit.
How M-03 selects timeframes
M-03 selects six consecutive timeframes around the current chart interval from 1m / 3m / 5m / 10m / 15m / 30m / 1h / 2h / 4h / 6h / 12h / 1D
The 10m timeframe is aggregated from completed 5m candlesticks.
Changing the current chart interval may therefore change the six timeframes included in the matrix.
Suggested reading sequence
1. Check the data status first. Confirm whether all six rows are Ready. Do not treat Warming Check the data status first. Confirm whether all six rows are ready. Do not treat warming or unavailable as neutral conditions.
2. Check the composite direction. See whether most timeframes point in the same direction or whether there is clear disagreement.
3. Review the individual factors. Check which factors support or oppose the current direction.
4. Review risk and alignment. Look at the ATR-based risk level and the number of bullish and bearish aligned timeframes in the AI trading advice panel.
5. Then assess an entry. Switch to a main-chart indicator that provides structure or a reference trade plan to review entry, SL, and TP levels.
Settings overview
M-03 has a relatively limited set of user settings. You can:
-
Show or hide the multi-timeframe confluence panel
-
Change the position of the multi-timeframe confluence panel
-
Show or hide the AI trading advice panel
-
Change the position of the AI trading advice panel
The factor periods and weightings are not user-adjustable.
Confirmation and replay
The M-03 matrix uses only closed candlesticks from each selected timeframe.
When chart replay begins, SmartK freezes the six-timeframe data that would have been available at that historical point. The matrix then uses only data available within the replay period.
If data for one timeframe fails to load, only that row is affected. Do not automatically interpret the missing row as bullish, bearish, or neutral.
M-03 limitations and risks
1. Chip is an estimated price-volume factor
The chip factor is a price-volume positioning factor derived from candlestick price and volume data. It does not represent Toobit account positions, user holdings, on-chain wallet holdings, actual pending orders, or the exchange's complete position distribution.
2. AI learning has specific data limitations
AI learning uses local nearest-neighbor classification based on historical OHLCV features. It does not read your account or trading history and does not represent a remote large language model prediction.
3. AI Trading Advice is rule-based
AI Trading Advice is a rule-based summary of the indicator's underlying data. It is not a remote large language model prediction and does not provide personalized investment advice.
4. Confidence is not a win rate
Confidence is derived from the absolute value of the composite directional score. It is not a calibrated historical win rate or probability of profit.
5. OBV depends on volume data
The OBV factor requires volume data. If valid volume data is unavailable, the corresponding factor may display unavailable.
6. Multi-timeframe alignment can lag
Several timeframes may point in the same direction while the market is approaching a turning point. Multi-timeframe alignment can therefore lag changes in market direction and should not replace your own assessment of entry location and risk.
FAQs
1. Why doesn't M-03 show moving averages or entry, TP, and SL levels?
M-03 is designed around a six-timeframe, six-factor information matrix rather than moving-average overlays or a detailed trade plan. It does not directly generate entry, SL, or TP lines. Use an entry- or structure-focused main-chart indicator to assess specific trade-plan levels.
2. Does AI learning read my account or trading history?
No. AI learning uses historical chart OHLCV features for its local calculations. It does not read your account information or trading history.
3. What should I do if one row shows warming?
Warming means that the timeframe does not yet have enough closed-candlestick samples for the required calculation. Wait for the data to become available and do not include that row when assessing directional alignment.
