What is spot trading?

Spot trading means buying one cryptocurrency with another. For example, in the ETH/USDT pair, ETH is the base currency and USDT is the quote currency — in other words, you're using USDT to buy ETH.

How do you trade spot on the Toobit app?

Step 1: Navigate to the spot trading section

On the Toobit mobile app homepage, tap [Spot] in the bottom navigation bar.

Step 2: Choose a trading pair

Search for the trading pair you want (e.g., BTC/USDT).

Step 3: Place an order

Limit order: A limit order lets you buy or sell a cryptocurrency at a specified price or better.

For example, if BTC/USDT is trading at 112,729.29 USDT and you want to buy 0.000267 BTC at 112,000 USDT, simply place a limit order at that price.

First, select [Limit order], enter 112,000 USDT as the price, 0.000267 BTC as the amount, and then tap [Buy BTC] to confirm your order.

Step 4: Check your order histor

After placing an order, you can track its status and view past transactions:

Go to [Open orders] to view active or pending orders.
Go to [Order history] to review completed or canceled trades.
