BingX has launched a long-term initiative called “Connect What’s Moving,” setting out a plan to combine market information, trading access and editorial context across cryptocurrency and traditional-finance products on a single platform.
The program, announced on Sept. 2, 2026, accompanies BingX’s stated expansion from a crypto-focused service toward a multi-asset model. The company said it wants users to follow developments that begin in one market and affect others, such as moves that link currencies, commodities, equity indices and digital assets.
BingX is framing the initiative around three operating principles: faster delivery of market-related content and product access, broader coverage across asset classes, and deeper explanatory material intended to put market moves into context.
That approach places the company’s TradFi perpetuals offering at the center of its pitch. BingX said it provides more than 500 perpetual assets tied to traditional-finance markets, including stocks, foreign exchange, indices and commodities. Perpetual contracts are derivatives without a fixed expiry date; their value is designed to track an underlying market rather than give holders ownership of the stock, commodity or currency itself.
A single platform for crypto and TradFi contracts
BingX said its multi-asset model is designed to reduce the separation between cryptocurrency trading and markets commonly accessed through conventional brokers. The company argues that market narratives increasingly cross those boundaries, with macroeconomic data, interest-rate expectations, currency movements and commodity prices often affecting digital-asset trading conditions as well.
Under the “Faster” pillar, BingX said it plans to identify developments early and pair timely communications, content, campaigns and trading access with periods of active market interest. The description suggests a strategy focused as much on discovery and user engagement as on adding instruments.
The “Broader” component covers the company’s effort to connect crypto products with traditional-finance-linked contracts. BingX said users should be able to follow a market story across asset classes rather than treating Bitcoin, foreign exchange, equities and commodities as entirely separate trading environments.
Its “Deeper” pillar focuses on context. BingX said it plans to use market insights, editorial content, perspectives from company spokespeople and themed trading experiences to explain the factors behind market movements. The company did not present the initiative as a new standalone product, but as a framework for combining the platform’s existing and future services.
Lee, BingX’s chief strategy officer, said the initiative combines speed, breadth and depth for users monitoring global market developments. The company aims to become an early destination for users when cross-market activity begins to build, according to Lee.
Derivatives access brings additional risk
The announcement reflects the commercial appeal of platforms that can offer crypto alongside contracts linked to more established asset classes. For active traders, a single account and common interface may be more convenient than moving between specialist platforms to monitor related markets.
The model also concentrates several forms of risk in one venue. Perpetual contracts can involve leverage, meaning relatively small movements in an underlying market may generate amplified gains or losses. Contracts linked to stocks, gold, currencies or indices do not automatically provide the defensive qualities associated with holding those assets directly.
That distinction matters during sharp market swings. A trader using a gold-linked perpetual contract, for example, faces the pricing mechanics, funding costs and liquidation rules of a derivative product in addition to changes in the price of gold. Broader product selection can increase flexibility, but it does not turn connected markets into a guaranteed hedge against volatility.
BingX said it offers deep liquidity for its product lineup, though the announcement did not provide volume, open-interest or market-depth figures for individual TradFi perpetual contracts. Liquidity conditions can vary substantially between major crypto pairs and derivatives tied to particular stocks, currencies or commodities, especially during periods of sudden price movement.
Expansion follows a growing product range
Founded in 2018, BingX said it serves more than 40 million users globally. Its stated product range includes perpetual futures, spot trading, copy trading, TradFi products, and AI-powered tools and services.
The company has also used sports partnerships to raise its public profile. BingX has been a principal partner of Chelsea FC since 2024, according to the company. It also said it became the first official cryptocurrency exchange partner of Scuderia Ferrari HP in 2026.
“Connect What’s Moving” now gives BingX a unifying message for that growing set of products: users can access crypto and traditional-market derivatives through the same platform while receiving content intended to explain the links between them.
Whether the strategy gains traction will depend less on branding than on practical execution. Timely market information, dependable access during volatile periods, transparent contract specifications and sufficient liquidity will determine whether the platform can support traders seeking to act on cross-market developments rather than merely observe them.
