September had plenty going on, and not just on the charts. Trading competitions reached the finish line, new tokens made their debut, and security remained a major talking point across the crypto industry.
At Toobit, we wrapped up TIFT 2026, saw our fourth Launchpad presale of the year sell out in just over a minute, and continued strengthening our security and transparency efforts. Meanwhile, new trading tools, expanded market access, and a steady stream of rewards gave traders plenty to explore.
Here is how September 2026 unfolded across Toobit.
TIFT 2026 crosses the finish line
After nearly a month of trading, team rivalries, and leaderboard battles, the Toobit International Futures Tournament 2026 (TIFT 2026) officially concluded on September 9.
The tournament attracted close to 60,000 registered traders, with a headline prize pool of 3,000,000 USDT and competitions spanning team and solo championships.
The Team Championship brought together nearly 24,000 participants across six racing-inspired teams. Turbo Titans claimed first place with a P&L of more than 850%, followed by Volatility Raiders and Apex Dominion. Meanwhile, the Solo Championship attracted over 45,000 participants competing for positions among the top 300 traders.
By the end of the tournament, the Team Championship had unlocked 150,000 USDT in rewards, while the Solo Championship unlocked 200,000 USDT.
And for anyone who missed their chance to compete, TIFT is already confirmed to return in 2027.
HALLU makes a fast entrance to Launchpad
September started with a particularly quick sellout.
Hallucoin (HALLU) sold out its Toobit Launchpad presale in just over a minute, recording a highest ROI of 198.33%. It marked our fourth successful Launchpad sale of 2026, following FWX, SOLIB, and DHF.
HALLU is a community-driven meme token built around an AI persona that confidently invents market predictions and insider stories. In other words, a character that sounds suspiciously familiar to anyone who has spent enough time reading crypto social media.
The presale was followed by our HALLU spot trading campaign, which ran from September 1 to 22 with 30,000,000 HALLU in rewards. Participants could earn through lucky wheel spins, starter rewards, and a spot trading leaderboard, extending the Launchpad excitement into the secondary market.
Security and transparency stay in focus
September also brought two important updates on how we protect trader assets.
First, Toobit was featured in CoinGecko's 2026 State of Crypto Security Report, which examined the industry's security challenges and highlighted our Bee-Safe security framework.
The report covered several of our existing safeguards, including cold wallet custody, Proof of Reserves, real-time monitoring, and the Toobit Shield Fund.
It also arrived against a sobering industry backdrop. CoinGecko recorded $3.63 billion in losses across 245 security incidents between January 2025 and July 2026. In an industry where security incidents can have far-reaching consequences, safeguards matter just as much as the opportunities traders come for.
We also published our September Proof of Reserves, with all four major assets maintaining reserve ratios above 100%. The September 1 snapshot showed BTC at 104%, ETH at 102%, USDT at 106%, and USDC at 105%. Through Merkle-tree verification, traders can independently check that their balances were included in the published snapshot.
Together, these developments reinforce an important principle: security should be built into the trading experience, while transparency should give traders something they can verify for themselves.
Better trading tools, less friction
September brought a series of product updates focused on making everyday trading more flexible and easier to manage.
Our upgraded trailing stops now allow traders to start tracking market prices immediately without setting an activation price. Orders can also be adjusted before activation, with easier access to callback rate settings.
We also expanded access to AI trading opportunities, increasing free daily analyses from two to five for regular traders and from five to ten for VIP traders. The feature examines market data and technical indicators to generate potential trading setups, including entry points, take-profit and stop-loss references, and supporting analysis.
Elsewhere, we introduced improvements to copy trading breakeven prices and futures position tracking, alongside a quicker way to add to existing positions.
Account management received attention too, with the ability to update verified names directly and a new business verification process.
None of these changes require traders to reinvent their strategies. That is precisely the point. Sometimes a better trading experience comes from making the tools people already use work a little better.
More markets and more ways to save on trading
Trading costs remained a focus throughout September.
Our 0% maker and taker fee promotion continued on selected spot pairs, giving eligible traders a way to reduce transaction costs on both sides of a trade. The initiative is currently scheduled to run through December 26, 2026.
Futures traders also had access to a 50% fee reduction across 30 trending futures pairs during the promotional period.
Meanwhile, our listing lineup continued expanding across crypto and traditional finance. New listing celebrations featured tokens including DGAI, PONS, CASHCAT, MARSCOIN, ALIGN, and CP, supported by promotional reward pools. On the TradFi side, new listings included TSLL, NVDL, BYD, and more, accompanied by a 150,000 USDT trading campaign.
More markets mean more choices, although choosing which ones deserve your attention remains entirely up to you.
September brought plenty of reasons to participate
Beyond trading features and new listings, September delivered a packed calendar of campaigns for different types of traders.
Our Exclusively VIP R4 event launched with a 250,000 USDT reward pool, combining guaranteed-win lucky draws with deposit, futures trading, and Toobit Earn milestones.
Copy traders also had more opportunities to participate, including a 150,000 USDT campaign designed around copy trading activity, alongside rewards and additional coverage for eligible first-time participants.
For traders who enjoy making market calls, our Event Contracts campaigns offered opportunities to compete for shares of 100,000 USDT reward pools.
The rewards extended beyond active trading. Our Tuesday Exclusive Earn campaigns featured promotional APR offers of up to 60% on ADA, 30% on BTC, and 36% on ETH, subject to their respective terms and limits.
We also kept the community involved through referral incentives offering up to 300 USDT and our weekend activities series, which featured 70,000 USDT in rewards. The September weekend campaign has since concluded, but a new season is returning in October.
Whether traders preferred futures, spot, copy trading, or Earn, September offered more than one way to participate.
Looking ahead to October
With September behind us, October is bringing another busy lineup.
We announced our participation as a Platinum Sponsor at TOKEN2049 Singapore, taking place October 7–8 at Marina Bay Sands, where attendees can meet our team at booth PB1-41. Ahead of the conference, we also prepared to co-host The Blue Party with Coin Bureau on October 6.
On the product side, the upcoming release of SmartK will add another development to our trading toolkit.
And because October would hardly be complete without something a little spooky, our Halloween Horror Hunt is returning with another round of trading activities and rewards.
There is also more on the horizon beyond October. Toobit Card is coming in Q4, marking another step toward making digital assets more useful beyond the trading screen.
September was a month of milestones, from the final TIFT leaderboard to security disclosures and improvements across our trading products.
The goal remains the same: give traders more opportunities, better tools, and greater confidence in the exchange they use.
And with October already underway, there is plenty more to come.
