How it works
Go to Identity verification, click the edit icon next to your verified name, enter the correct name and reason for the change, then complete security verification to submit your request.
A few things to know

Eligibility: Name changes are available to traders who have completed advanced verification. Your eligibility and applicable name change limit are shown on the page.

Name requirements: Your new name must match the name on your identity document.

Review time: Most requests are reviewed within 24 hours, and you will receive the result by email and in-app message.

During review: You can continue using your account, but you won't be able to submit another name change until your current request has been reviewed.

After approval: Your verified name will update automatically.
