You've withdrawn crypto from Toobit, but your funds haven't arrived. Before assuming something went wrong, there's an important distinction to make: a withdrawal can leave your exchange account without immediately appearing in the receiving wallet.
The delay could be happening on Toobit, on the blockchain, or at the receiving platform. Fortunately, you don't have to guess. Your withdrawal status, network, and transaction ID (TxID) can help you identify where the transfer stands and what to do next.
Why hasn't my crypto withdrawal arrived?
A typical crypto withdrawal moves through four stages:
-
Toobit processes your withdrawal request.
-
The transaction is sent to the blockchain.
-
The blockchain confirms the transaction.
-
The receiving wallet or platform credits your funds.
A delay at any stage can prevent the balance from appearing immediately.
If your withdrawal is still being processed, Toobit may not have sent it to the blockchain yet. If a TxID is available, you can check whether the transaction has been confirmed. And if the blockchain shows a successful transfer, the receiving platform may still be processing the deposit.
The first step is finding out which situation applies to you.
Where can I check my withdrawal status on Toobit?
Your withdrawal history contains the details you need to investigate a delayed transfer.
On the website:
-
Log in to Toobit and click Assets in the upper-right corner.
-
Select View all under Transaction history.
-
On the history page, choose Withdraw.
On the app:
-
Tap Assets in the bottom-right corner.
-
Scroll down and select Transaction history.
-
On the history page, tap Withdraw.
Find the relevant transaction and review its status, receiving address, network, and TxID, if available.

What does my withdrawal status mean?
Each status tells you something different about your transfer.
|
Status |
What it means |
What to do |
|
Pending review |
Your request is awaiting processing. A TxID is usually not available yet. |
Wait for an update or cancel the request if the option is available. |
|
Processing |
Your withdrawal is being processed or is awaiting blockchain confirmations. |
Check the TxID if available. Contact customer support if the status remains unchanged for an unusually long time. |
|
Completed |
Toobit has completed its withdrawal processing. |
If the funds haven't arrived, verify the transaction on the blockchain and check with the receiving platform. |
|
Failed |
The request could not be processed. |
Review the reason shown in your withdrawal details. |
|
Canceled |
The withdrawal was canceled before processing was completed. |
Check your Toobit balance before submitting another request. |
Important: Once a transaction has been broadcast to the blockchain, it can no longer be canceled through Toobit.
Why is the withdrawal network important?
A correct wallet address doesn't always mean you've selected the correct network.
For example, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, and Optimism use addresses beginning with 0x. Their address formats look alike, but they operate on different networks.
If you send USDT using Optimism while the receiving platform only supports USDT deposits through Ethereum, the transfer may succeed on-chain without being credited to your account.
Before investigating further, compare the network in your Toobit withdrawal history with the supported deposit network on the receiving platform.
You can then use the appropriate blockchain explorer:
|
Network |
Blockchain explorer |
|
BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) |
|
|
Ethereum (ERC20) |
|
|
Optimism |
|
|
TRON (TRC20) |
Using the wrong explorer can make a valid transaction appear to be missing.
How do I track a withdrawal using its TxID?
Think of a TxID as your transaction's tracking number on the blockchain. It's a unique identifier that lets you look up a transfer independently of the exchange.
Copy the TxID from your Toobit withdrawal details, open the explorer for the network you used, and paste it into the search bar.
Once you've found the transaction, focus on four details:
-
Transaction status: Whether the transfer succeeded, is pending, or failed.
-
Confirmations: How many blocks have been added since the transaction was included.
-
Recipient address and amount: Whether the transfer matches your intended destination and amount.
-
Token transfers: For tokens such as USDT, which token was transferred and where it was sent.
If the explorer finds nothing, double-check the complete TxID and confirm that you are searching the correct network.
Example 1: Tracking a USDT withdrawal on BNB Smart Chain
Suppose you withdrew USDT from Toobit using BNB Smart Chain (BEP20).
Open BscScan, enter your TxID, and review the transaction details.
Here's how to read the key fields:
-
Status: “Success” indicates that the transaction was successfully executed on-chain.
-
From: The blockchain address that sent the funds, not your Toobit UID.
-
To: For a token transfer, this may show the token contract rather than your receiving wallet.
-
Tokens transferred: The section showing the token, amount, and actual recipient address.
-
Block confirmations: The number of confirmations recorded since the transaction was included in a block.
For token transfers, pay particular attention to tokens transferred. The recipient shown there should match the withdrawal address in your Toobit records.
If the transaction succeeded and the details match, but your receiving account still shows no deposit, contact the receiving platform to check its confirmation requirements and crediting status.
Not sure what you are looking at? Toobit's guide to viewing block information breaks down the details.
Example 2: Why can't I find my Optimism withdrawal on Etherscan?
Here's a common source of confusion.
Optimism is an Ethereum Layer 2 network, and its wallet addresses use the same format as Ethereum addresses. However, transactions on the two networks are recorded separately.
If you withdrew crypto through Optimism, searching the TxID on Ethereum's mainnet explorer may return no results.
Instead, open the Optimism Explorer and search for the transaction there.
Once you've located the transaction, check its status, amount, and recipient address. You will also need to confirm that the receiving platform supports deposits of that particular asset through Optimism.
You may have heard that Optimism withdrawals take approximately seven days. That waiting period relates to certain withdrawals from Optimism to Ethereum through the official bridge. It does not automatically apply to a regular Toobit withdrawal sent over Optimism.
What should I do if my withdrawal is still missing?
The next step depends on whether a TxID exists and what the blockchain shows.
No TxID yet
Your withdrawal may still be undergoing processing or security checks.
If the status is Pending review and a cancellation option is available, you can cancel the request if you need to correct the address, network, or amount.
Otherwise, wait for the status to update. If the delay continues for an unusually long time, contact Toobit Customer Support.
TxID available, but the transaction is still pending
Your transaction may be waiting for blockchain confirmation.
Network congestion can affect processing times, particularly during periods of heavy activity. Check the transaction again later using the appropriate explorer.
Avoid submitting a second withdrawal to resolve the delay. It won't speed up the original transaction.
Transaction confirmed, but the funds haven't arrived
If the explorer shows a successful transaction, check the receiving address, asset, network, and any required memo or tag.
When those details match, contact the receiving platform with your TxID. The platform may require additional confirmations, have a temporary deposit suspension, or need to investigate the crediting process.
What about internal transfers?
Transfers between Toobit accounts using an email address, phone number, or UID don't take place on the blockchain and therefore won't have a TxID.
If an internal transfer hasn't arrived, contact customer support with the recipient's account details and the approximate transfer time.
What if I used the wrong network, asset, or memo?
A transaction can be successful on the blockchain and still fail to reach the intended exchange account.
Three common mistakes can cause this:
-
Wrong network: The receiving platform doesn't support the network used for the transfer.
-
Wrong asset: You sent a different cryptocurrency from the one the receiving address or deposit instructions specified.
-
Missing or incorrect memo or tag: The receiving platform cannot identify the account that should receive the funds.
Once a withdrawal has been completed on-chain, Toobit generally cannot reverse it. Recovery depends on the receiving platform, the asset, and the network involved.
Keep your TxID and contact the receiving platform before taking further action. Don't attempt to correct the mistake by sending another withdrawal.
Recovery isn't always possible, but this guide to fixing withdrawal network or asset errors explains the available options.
What information should I prepare before contacting Support?
Providing the relevant transaction details can help the support team investigate more efficiently.
Have the following information ready:
-
Your Toobit UID
-
Cryptocurrency and withdrawal amount
-
Approximate withdrawal time
-
Current withdrawal status
-
Receiving wallet address
-
Selected blockchain network
-
Memo or tag, if applicable
-
TxID, if available
-
Screenshots of the withdrawal details and any error messages
A screenshot of the blockchain explorer can also help if your transaction has a TxID. Avoid including unrelated sensitive information.
If the transaction has been confirmed on-chain but the receiving account hasn't been credited, contact the receiving platform.
Toobit's withdrawal status checklist covers the details worth preparing before reaching out.
Reminder: Never share your password, SMS verification codes, or Google Authenticator codes.
How can I avoid withdrawal issues in the future?
A few checks before confirming a transfer can prevent much longer troubleshooting afterward.
Make sure you've selected the correct cryptocurrency and a network supported by the receiving platform. Verify the complete wallet address, including any required memo, tag, or payment ID.
If you are transferring to a new wallet or platform for the first time, consider sending a small test amount before moving a larger balance.
It's also worth checking the receiving platform's deposit availability, as supported networks and assets can change.
The three checks that matter most
A missing withdrawal doesn't necessarily mean your crypto is lost. Often, the transaction is simply at a different stage than expected.
Start with your withdrawal status to understand Toobit's processing stage. Use the TxID to trace the transaction on-chain, then verify the network to make sure you are checking the right blockchain and destination.
Once you know where the transfer stands, you will have a much clearer idea of whether to wait, contact Toobit, or follow up with the receiving platform.
