If you're unable to claim your task rewards on Toobit, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Users will be disqualified from a task reward if they engage in inappropriate, dishonest, or abusive activities (such as wash trading, volume faking, matched trading, etc.). To avoid disqualification, please do not engage in these prohibited activities.
2. Make sure that all task conditions have been met. If you believe you’ve completed the task appropriately, verify that you meet all requirements for reward eligibility.
What do I do If I didn't receive my rewards?
- For web:
1) Log in to your Toobit account.
2) Click the support icon in the bottom right corner for assistance.
3) Enter keywords with "Bonus Issue" or "Not receiving Bonus". There will be a link for you to fill in the information.
4) Click the button in the bottom left corner and find the [Submission] button to submit your bonus issue details.
5) Fill in the required information, including your Toobit UID, campaign link, and other necessary details, then submit the form.
6) You have successfully submitted a request!
- For app:
1) Log in to the Toobit app and tap the support icon on the homepage.
2) Enter keywords with "Bonus Issue" or "Not receiving Bonus". There will be a link for you to fill in the information.
3) Tap the [Submission] button and submit the form.
4) Complete the required details, such as your Toobit UID, campaign link, and other necessary information, and then submit the form.
5) You have successfully submitted a request!
