1. How to get a Toobit VIP trial pass?

You can find your VIP trial pass in two locations:

1. Rewards Center

In the top-right corner, click [Profile] → [Rewards Hub] → [Rewards Center], then select the VIP Trial Pass tab.

2. VIP Page

In the top-right corner, click [Profile], then click your VIP level next to your UID to open the VIP page.

Frozen	Claim conditions not yet met (e.g., trading volume, balance, deposit)	Click Unfreeze to view and complete the conditions
Claimable	Conditions met, ready to claim	Click Claim to upgrade immediately

3. Claim process

1. Click the [Rewards Center] and go to the VIP Trial Pass tab.

2. Check the pass status and click [Claim] (if frozen, complete the unfreeze conditions first).

3. Once claimed, your account will be immediately upgraded to the corresponding VIP level, and the validity countdown will begin.

4. VIP level adjustment rules

After claiming your VIP trial pass, your VIP level will adjust as follows:

Current VIP level > Trial pass level The trial pass takes effect, but your fees will follow your higher current VIP level. Example: Jack, who is VIP3, claims a VIP2 trial pass. During the trial period, he will continue to use VIP3 fee rates.
Current VIP level < Trial pass level During the trial period, your VIP level will temporarily upgrade to the trial pass level, allowing you to enjoy lower fees. Example: Taylor, who is VIP0, claims a VIP2 trial pass. During the trial period, he will trade using VIP2 fee rates.
Level exceeds trial pass during usage If your trading volume upgrades you to a higher VIP level during the trial period, the system will immediately apply the fees corresponding to your new VIP level. Example: Bob claims a VIP2 trial pass and reaches VIP3 status through trading. He will immediately be charged VIP3 rates.

Tip: The system will continue to track your trading volume over the past 30 days during the trial period and will automatically adjust your real VIP level accordingly.

5. Important notes

Only one VIP trial pass can be used at a time; passes cannot be stacked.
It is recommended to claim the pass during active trading periods to make the most of the benefits.
The pass is for personal account use only; it cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.
Once claimed, the pass cannot be paused or extended.
After expiration, the system will automatically revert your VIP level to its previous status.

If your level is higher than the trial pass level, your fees will continue to follow your higher level.
If your level is lower than the trial pass level, it will temporarily upgrade to the trial pass level.

9. Can I claim the pass after the claim period ends?

No. Once the claim period ends, the pass will become invalid. Be sure to claim it within the valid period.
