Guide to the Toobit VIP Trial Pass

What is a VIP Trial Pass?

Toobit's VIP Trial Pass lets you try a higher VIP level for a limited time without having to meet the usual requirements first.

Depending on the pass you receive, you can enjoy lower trading fees and other VIP benefits during the trial period.

 

1. Where can I find my VIP Trial Pass?

You can find your VIP Trial Pass in two places:

 

1. Vouchers

Log in to Toobit and go to Account overview → Rewards Hub → Vouchers. From there, select VIP Trial Pass to see your available passes.

 

 

2. VIP page

Log in to Toobit and go to Account overview, then click the VIP level next to your UID. Any passes available to you will appear on the VIP page.

3. How do I claim my VIP Trial Pass?

1. Go to Vouchers and select VIP Trial Pass.

2. Check the status of your pass:

• If it shows Frozen, complete the requirements shown on the page first.

• If there are no requirements to complete, you can claim it right away.

3. Click Claim to start your trial. Your VIP benefits will take effect immediately, and your trial period will begin at the same time.

4. Which VIP level will apply?

Your current VIP level doesn't disappear when you claim a VIP Trial Pass. Instead, Toobit compares your current VIP level with the level granted by your pass and applies whichever is higher.

1. Your current VIP level is higher

You will keep your current VIP level and fee rates.
Example: You are VIP3 and claim a VIP2 Trial Pass. Because VIP3 is already higher, you will continue to receive VIP3 fee rates while the pass is active.

2. Your pass grants a higher VIP level

You will temporarily move up to the VIP level shown on your pass.

Example: You are VIP0 and claim a VIP2 Trial Pass. You will receive VIP2 fee rates for the duration of the trial.

3. You move up to a higher VIP level during the trial

You can still qualify for a higher VIP level while using your pass. If your actual VIP level moves above the level granted by your pass, the higher level will take over.

Example: You claim a VIP2 Trial Pass and later qualify for VIP3 based on your trading volume. From that point on, you will receive VIP3 fee rates.

Keep in mind: Toobit will continue to recalculate your actual VIP level each day based on your trading volume over the previous 30 days. If your actual VIP level changes during the trial, it will be updated automatically.

5. What else should I know?

• You can only use one VIP Trial Pass at a time.

• Passes can only be used on the account they were issued to. They cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.

• Your trial starts immediately after you claim the pass and cannot be paused or extended.

• Be sure to claim your pass before the deadline shown on the voucher. Unclaimed passes will expire once the claim period ends.

• When your trial ends, your VIP level, benefits, and fee rates will be based on the VIP level you qualify for at that time.

• Toobit may revoke a pass or take other appropriate action in cases of fraud, abuse, or misuse.

7. How do I unfreeze a VIP Trial Pass?

Some passes require you to meet certain requirements before you can claim them. The exact requirements will be shown on the voucher and may include:

• Maintaining a certain account balance.

• Reaching a certain cumulative trading volume.

• Making an eligible on-chain deposit of a certain amount.

Complete the requirements before the deadline shown on the voucher. If you don't complete them in time, the pass will expire.

8. Will my VIP level change when I claim a VIP Trial Pass?

It may, depending on your current VIP level.

• If your current VIP level is higher, you will stay at your current level.

• If the level granted by your pass is higher, you will temporarily move up to that level.

• If you qualify for an even higher VIP level during the trial, the new higher level will take over.

Whichever level is higher will determine the VIP fee rates you receive.

9. Can I claim a VIP Trial Pass after the deadline?

No. If you don't claim your pass before the deadline, it will expire and can no longer be used.

10. What happens when my VIP Trial Pass expires?

The temporary VIP level granted by your pass will end. Your account will then use the VIP level, benefits, and fee rates you qualify for at that time.

11. Can Toobit revoke my VIP Trial Pass?

Yes. Toobit may revoke your pass or take other appropriate action if it finds evidence of fraudulent claims, deliberate misuse, or other violations of the applicable rules.
