Why is KYC required?
KYC is necessary to enhance security compliance for all traders. Toobit uses KYC to identify customers and analyze their risk profiles, helping to prevent money laundering and the financing of illicit activities.
How to Submit a Request for Business KYC Verification?
To proceed with the Business KYC verification, please submit the required documents via email to our legal team at legal@toobit.com.
Required Documents for Business KYC Verification:

Certificate of Incorporation: Official company registration certificate.

Articles, Constitution, or Memorandum of Association: Founding documents of the company.

Latest Register of Members: Updated list of all company shareholders.

Latest Register of Directors: Updated list of company directors.

Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) Information: Names and nationalities of UBOs owning 25% or more interest in the company. A separate verification link will be emailed to UBOs to verify their identity.

Passport/ID and Proof of Residency: For all directors (if different from UBO), within three months.

Account Operator/Trader Information: Passport/ID and proof of address (if different from UBO), within three months.

Organization Chart: Clear illustration of the share distribution.
Next Steps
Once the documents are verified, you’ll receive email approval, and your account’s daily withdrawal limit will increase accordingly.

Business KYC verification is required before withdrawal requests are approved by Toobit.
Can I have both Individual and Business KYC verified on a single account?
No. You can only verify one type of KYC per account. If you wish to verify for Business KYC, your Individual KYC status will be removed after approval. If you need an Individual KYC-verified account, you may register a new Toobit account and complete the Individual KYC verification separately.

Confidentiality of Submitted Information
All submitted information will be used solely to verify the identity of the company and individual(s) and will be kept confidential.
Accepted Proof of Identity Documents
Documents must be issued by your country of origin and include a photo, name, date of birth, document number, and date of issue. Accepted documents: passport, identity card, residence permit, and driving license. Student Visa, Working Visa, or Travel Visa are not accepted.
Accepted Proof of Address Documents
Proof of Address must be dated within the last three months. Accepted documents: utility bills, official bank statements, government-issued residential proof, internet/cable TV/house phone line bills, tax returns, council tax bills, government-issued certificates of residence, etc. Unaccepted documents: domestic passport, mobile phone statement, insurance document, medical bills, bank transaction slips, referral letters, handwritten invoices, and border passes.
Verification Link Issues
If the verification link does not work, contact us via compliance@toobit.com with a screenshot of the error message.
Service Restricted Country Prohibitions
These apply to both the company's registered address and the nationality or residency of UBOs. Verification results may vary based on the institution's nature and shareholding structure. Toobit reserves the right to make the final decision on verification approval.
Business KYC Verification Timeline
The process generally takes 3-5 business days. Due to the complexity, it may take longer.
Unsuccessful KYC Verification
If the process is unsuccessful for more than a week, contact Customer Support by submitting a case. You’ll receive an automated email with the case number. Our team will reach out within one working day.
