In order to further enhance your trading experience and convenience, Toobit users are now able to convert their coins directly on our platform. This function is available for any of the cryptocurrencies supported on our Spot Account conversion feature. We have put together a simple guide to help you use this new function!
How to easily convert your assets for Spot – Step-by-step guide
1. Website:
Step 1: In the navigation bar, click on [Trade], then select [Convert].
Step 2: You'll be taken to the Convert page.
Step 3: Next, you may select the asset you want to convert. Enter the amount you wish to convert, then click [Convert].
Step 4: Make sure to review the details carefully. If everything looks correct, click [Confirm] to complete the conversion.
Congratulations! Your assets have been successfully converted.
2. App:
Step 1: In the navigation bar, click on [Spot], then select [Convert].
Step 2: On the Convert page, you can perform the following steps:
(A) Select the asset you want to convert.
(B) Enter the desired convert amount.
(C) View the information on exchange rates.
(D) Click on [Convert]. The converted amount will also be credited to your Spot Account.
Congratulations! Your assets have been successfully converted.
Please update to the latest version of the app to experience the Convert feature.

Conversion is currently only available via Spot Account. Please transfer your funds to Spot account before proceeding with conversion.

The real-time exchange rate is based on the best quote price from several market makers according to the current index price.

For the minimum and maximum transaction limits of each coin, please refer here.

The exchange rate is refreshed every 8s. If the real-time exchange rate and quoted rate differ by more than 0.1%, your order will be automatically canceled and you have to retry again.
