Toobit offers a simple and efficient way to purchase crypto using credit/debit cards. With just a few steps, your purchase will be credited directly to your account.

Step 1: Go to the "Buy Crypto" Page

Visit toobit.com and log in to your account. From the top navigation, select "Buy Crypto".

Or click "Deposit" on the left, and choose "Buy Crypto".

Step 2: Enter the Purchase Amount Select your preferred fiat currency and the crypto you wish to receive (e.g., buy USDT with USD). Enter the amount, and the system will display the equivalent coins based on the current exchange rate. (Credit/Debit card is recommended. The exchange rate is for reference only.)

Step 3: Complete Personal Details

For your first purchase, you need to complete advanced identity verification and provide the following basic information: Residential Country/Region, State/Province, Street Address, and Proof of Address. You'll also need to confirm the options in the "Self-Declaration" section.

Step 4: Link Your Bank Card and Complete the Payment

Select a linked card to proceed with the payment.
If you haven't linked a card or wish to use a new one, select "Add new card".

Enter your card details and confirm payment. To link a bank card, please provide the required card details.

Once payment is completed, you'll receive a notification confirming your crypto purchase. Processing times may vary due to network conditions, but most transactions are completed within a few minutes. Please wait patiently.

Once the purchase is successful, you can view your transaction on the "Buy Crypto" - "Orders" page.

1. Why do I see a "Bank Card Verification Failed" error? This could be due to one of the following reasons:

Incorrect card details: Double-check your details and try again.
High-risk card: The system may have flagged your card. Please try another one.
Bank restrictions: Some banks may restrict crypto-related transactions. Contact your bank or try another card.

2. Why was my crypto purchase blocked? This may be caused by:

Network issues: A poor connection may cause transaction failures. Try refreshing the page or switching to a more stable network.
Browser compatibility: Some browsers may block certain scripts, which can result in transaction failure. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend using Chrome or another compatible browser.

3. Are there any fees when using a bank card?

Yes, transaction fees will be charged by the payment service provider. Toobit does not charge any additional fees.
Fees will only be deducted from your bank card after you confirm the transaction. Please note that your card issuer may charge additional fees for online payments, prepaid services, or foreign exchange transactions. These fees are charged by the bank and are beyond Toobit's control.
