BiFu says it has completed a Hong Kong build-out of its Wealth suite, combining five managed-fund offerings with a real-world asset, or RWA, line that places private-market equity interests on-chain. The launch gives the platform a shelf spanning fixed income, foreign exchange, gold, Hong Kong IPO allocations and quantitative strategies, alongside three private-equity fundraising products.
The rollout arrives as tokenized assets expand beyond short-dated government debt into more complex and less liquid markets. RWA.xyz put the value of on-chain real-world assets at roughly $38 billion as of August 2026, with more than 2 million asset holders and 281 issuers. Its data showed the holder count had risen by more than 60% over the preceding 30 days.
BiFu’s product design places conventional fund structures and private-company opportunities inside an account that also supports crypto derivatives, FX contracts for difference, tokenized stocks, prediction markets, Earn products and copy trading. That unified approach could make it simpler for existing crypto users to obtain exposure to assets typically handled through separate brokers, fund administrators and private banks, though the products retain their own minimum investment sizes, funding limits and eligibility requirements.
Five funds cover FX, gold, fixed income and IPOs
BiFu lists five Wealth funds, each classified by the company as “Medium Risk.” The stated minimum subscriptions across the shelf range from 1,000 USDT to 20,000 USDT, while several offerings carry 5 million USDT subscription quotas. The platform says the displayed annualized return figures are projections rather than guarantees and warns that principal can be lost.
FX Stable Return Fund
The FX Stable Return Fund targets an expected annualized return of 8% to 10%, according to BiFu’s product page. It has a 365-day offering cycle, a 10,000 USDT initial subscription and a 5 million USDT quota. BiFu says the vehicle invests in a Cayman Islands master fund established by Trivesta Group, employing foreign-exchange and precious-metals strategies, including gold.
That structure gives the product exposure to markets that can move independently of crypto prices, but it also introduces the risks of leveraged or actively managed FX and metals strategies. Expected returns in these products depend on trading performance, fees and the terms of the underlying master fund rather than a fixed coupon paid by a government or bank.
Gold Spot Enhanced Fund
The Gold Spot Enhanced Fund uses spot gold holdings combined with options strategies, including covered calls, according to BiFu. Covered calls involve holding an asset while selling options that give another party the right to buy it at a preset price. The technique can generate option income, though it can also limit gains if gold rises sharply. BiFu names Duxton Asset Management as manager.
Ark One Quantitative Fund
BiFu’s Ark One Quantitative Fund advertises a projected 15% annualized return over a 365-day cycle. It has a 20,000 USDT minimum subscription, a 5 million USDT quota and recruitment progress of 69.85%, according to the company’s listing. The fund is described as a quantitative fund of funds using arbitrage and yield-enhancement approaches, with Wellspring Asset Management as primary manager and Shenwan Hongyuan Securities (Singapore) as co-manager.
Stable Yield Fixed Income Fund
The Stable Yield Fixed Income Fund has a stated 7% projected annualized return, a 180-day cycle and a 5,000 USDT minimum subscription. BiFu lists its quota at 5 million USDT and its recruitment progress at 75.39%. The product uses a variable capital company, or VCC, structure regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, according to BiFu, and invests in supply-chain finance assets connected to trade activity in packaging, plastics and agricultural-product processing. Duxton is listed as primary manager, with Shenwan as co-manager.
HKEX Anchor Investment Flagship Fund
The HKEX Anchor Investment Flagship Fund targets anchor placements in Hong Kong initial public offerings. BiFu lists a 15% projected annualized return, a 365-day cycle, a 10,000 USDT minimum and a 5 million USDT quota. Recruitment progress stood at 56.92% on its product page. Anchor allocations can offer access to IPO shares before public trading, yet their returns remain tied to individual listing performance and post-listing market conditions.
Private-equity RWA products carry higher entry thresholds
BiFu’s RWA line contains three fund-style private-equity products, all labelled Medium Risk. The StepFun Equity Project has a 15,000 USDT initial investment, a 5 million USDT upper scale limit and recruitment progress of 56.91%, with Trivesta listed as issuer. The Sunrise Equity Project requires 20,000 USDT, has the same 5 million USDT scale limit and showed recruitment progress of 41.65%.
The Musk Unicorn Opportunities Fund has a 50,000 USDT initial investment and a 10 million USDT upper limit, according to BiFu. Duxton is named as manager, and the product is marked “Fundraising Closed.”
Tokenizing private-market equity can record ownership interests and transfers on a blockchain, but it does not automatically make an unlisted holding as liquid as a publicly traded share. Buyers would need to consider the legal rights attached to the token, restrictions on transfers, valuation practices, redemption terms and the availability of a secondary market. BiFu says it offers prospective issuers tokenization, market-trading and investment-allocation services, supported by compliance architecture, smart contracts, law firms, auditors and custodians.
Treasuries remain the largest on-chain asset category
The RWA.xyz figures place BiFu’s private-equity initiative within a market still dominated by tokenized government debt. The platform reported approximately $14.7 billion in on-chain US Treasuries, making them the largest identified category within the $38 billion RWA market. Its dataset also tracks commodities, private credit, equities, private equity and alternative funds.
The concentration in Treasuries reflects a practical starting point for tokenization: the underlying instruments have established pricing, regular yield payments and deep traditional markets. Private equity and supply-chain finance introduce a more difficult operational challenge because their cash flows, valuations and transfer conditions are less standardized.
BiFu also identifies several outside firms associated with the suite. The company describes Duxton as founded in 2009 and regulated by Singapore’s Monetary Authority and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. It says Wellspring holds a British Virgin Islands Approved Manager licence, while Trivesta and Shenwan appear in manager, issuer or co-manager roles across the listed products.
The breadth of the suite gives BiFu a route to package conventional alternative investments alongside digital-asset products, but the offering’s appeal will depend less on the presence of tokens than on fund governance, asset custody, disclosure quality and whether token holders can reliably exercise the rights represented by their on-chain positions.
