What is the Toobit Telegram group bot?
The Toobit Telegram group bot is an automation tool designed to help partners, affiliates, and community managers efficiently manage Telegram groups.
With the bot, you can:

Automatically verify user eligibility
Users submit their Toobit UID to the bot. The system verifies eligibility and sends an invite link upon approval.

Enable smart group management
The bot continuously monitors member status based on configured conditions to maintain group quality.

Automatically warn or remove ineligible users
Users who no longer meet the requirements will be notified and removed after a specified period.
How to set up the bot
Before using the Toobit group bot, you need to create a Telegram bot.
Step 1: Follow @BotFather on Telegram
Step 2: Click [Start] to begin
Step 3: Tap "/newbot" to create a new bot
Step 4: Set your bot name
The name must end with "bot" (e.g., ToobittgBot or toobittg_bot).
Step 5: Set the group to public
To enable auto-removal, set your group to public and add your bot to the group with admin permissions.

Step 6: Provide the following information
You'll need to provide the following:

Bot's name, e.g., toobittg_bot

Bot's link, e.g., t.me/toobittg_bot

Group invitation link
Go to the group info page by tapping the group icon in the top right corner, then select the [share link] and copy it.

Step 7: Configure the bot on the Toobit website
After preparing the required information, log in to the Toobit dashboard and complete the bot setup to start managing your Telegram group.

Go to "Group bots" on the left-side menu after logging in.

Click [Create group].

Select Telegram as the group type.

Fill in the following information: Bot API Key, Name, Bot URL, Group URL, and Referral code.

Click [Next] to complete the setup.

Member management
You can manage members using: configure "Banned" and "Kick exempt" for each bot to enable refined group member management:

Banned (Blacklist): Users can not join the group.

Kick exempt (Whitelist): Users are exempt from retention rules and will not be automatically removed from the group.
On the web dashboard, click "Members" to view users who have been set as "Banned" or "Kick exempt", including details such as UID, type, and operation time. Filtering by UID is also supported.

Add users
Click [Add], then select Banned or Kick exempt under "Type", and enter the user's UID. You can add multiple UIDs at once by separating them with commas or line breaks.

Remove users
To remove a user from the blacklist or allowlist, go to the "Member management" page, locate the target user, and click [Delete].

Q1: Why do users see "This invite link has expired" after sending my UID to the bot?
A: The group invite link has expired. Please provide a new one.
Q2: Can I use the same bot for two different groups?
A: No.
Q3: Can the bot be used only by direct referees, or is it available to both direct and indirect referees?
A: Both.
