These Terms and Conditions apply to Points, Vouchers, Trial Funds, and other rewards offered through Toobit Rewards Hub. By participating in any Toobit rewards program, traders agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and the applicable campaign rules.
Eligibility and participation
1. Traders must have an active Toobit account in good standing. Certain campaigns or rewards may require identity verification.
2. Traders may earn Points and other rewards by completing check-ins, making deposits, trading, referring new traders, or completing other designated tasks.
3. Each reward has its own eligibility criteria and task requirements. Refer to Rewards Hub or the relevant campaign page for details.
Points
1. Earning Points: Traders can earn Points by completing tasks and participating in campaigns.
2. Redeeming rewards: Points can be redeemed for tokens, Vouchers, VIP Trial Passes, and other rewards.
3. Redemption rules: The number of Points required, reward availability, and redemption limits may change.
4. Point expiration: Unused Points will expire at the end of their specified validity period. Refer to Rewards Hub for the applicable expiration date.
5. Redemption cancellation: Unless otherwise stated, completed redemptions cannot be canceled, and redeemed Points or rewards cannot be returned.
Reward rules and restrictions
1. Non-transferable: Rewards, Points, and Vouchers are linked to the recipient's account and cannot be transferred or sold.
2. Validity: Rewards may have specific claim or usage periods. Any reward that is not claimed or used before its expiration date will automatically expire and generally cannot be restored or reissued.
3. Applicable products: Certain rewards may only be used for spot, futures, copy trading, or other designated products. Review the reward details before use.
4. Usage requirements: Rewards may be subject to unlocking conditions, deduction limits, or other restrictions. The rules displayed on the relevant reward page shall apply.
5. Withdrawal rules: Reward principal generally cannot be withdrawn directly. Whether profits generated using rewards can be withdrawn depends on the rules of the specific reward.

Prohibited activities
Traders are prohibited from obtaining rewards through multiple accounts, false information, artificial trading volume, self-trading, wash trading, task manipulation, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or other improper means.
Toobit reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse or fraud. Violations of these Terms and Conditions or applicable campaign rules may result in disqualification, revocation of rewards, account restrictions, or exclusion from future campaigns.
Changes to rewards programs
Toobit reserves the right to modify or terminate any rewards program, task, or reward at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated through Toobit announcements or updates in Rewards Hub.

Toobit reserves the right to interpret and enforce rewards programs in accordance with applicable laws, Toobit rules, and campaign terms.
