How to Freeze Your Account

If you need to freeze your account, follow these steps on the web:

Step 1: Log In and Navigate to the Freeze Account Page

• Visittoobit.com and log in to your account.
• Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner → then select Security Settings.
• Scroll down to Account Management and click [Freeze] at the bottom of the page.

Step 2: Review and Confirm

• The system will redirect you to the account freeze information page, outlining the restrictions that apply after freezing.
• Please read them carefully, check the agreement box, and click [Agree to freeze account] to proceed.

Please be aware that freezing your account will cause:

• Account login to be disabled.
• All trading functions, including API trading, and withdrawals to be suspended.
• To reactivate your account, please contact customer support and complete identity verification.

Step 3: Verify and Complete the Freeze

• Enter the verification codes from SMS, email, and the Authenticator app.
• Click [OK] to complete the account closure.

Important Notice:

1. Once your account is successfully frozen, you will be unable to log in.

2. The associated email and phone number will no longer be eligible to register a new account.

3. If you wish to reactivate your account in the future, please contact our Customer Support team.
