How to deposit crypto on Toobit (App)

This guide walks you through depositing crypto to your Toobit account securely. Whether transferring from another wallet or exchange, the process is simple and reliable.
 
Step 1: Navigate to the deposit section
  1. Open the Toobit app on your mobile device and log in to your account.
  2. Tap on the [Deposit] at the top of the screen.
  3. Select Deposit Digital Assets.
 
Step 2: Select crypto to deposit
  1. Use the search bar or scroll through the list to find the crypto you want to deposit.
  2. Select the crypto you want to deposit.
Step 3: Choose the correct network
  1. Review the supported networks for the asset you selected.
  2. Tap the same network used by your sending wallet.
  • Example: If sending USDT via TRON, select the TRC-20 network.
Note: Using the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds. Double-check before proceeding.
 
 
Step 4: Choose the Destination Account
  1. Select where to credit the funds, e.g., Spot or USDT-M Futures Account.
  2. Once your deposited assets are credited, assets will appear in the account you selected.
Step 5: Copy the deposit address
  1. Toobit will generate a unique address for your chosen asset and network.
  2. Tap [Share address] or use the QR code provided.

 

Step 6: Initiate the transfer
  1. Go to your external wallet or exchange account where the funds are stored.
  2. Paste the copied address into the destination field or scan the QR code.
  3. Make sure the network matches what you selected on Toobit.

 

Step 7: Verify the transaction
  1. Submit the transfer from your sending wallet.
  2. Wait for blockchain confirmations (timing varies by network).
  3. Once confirmed, your funds will show under [Assets] on Toobit.

  • Deposits below the minimum amount will not be credited.
  • Deposits may be delayed due to network confirmations. Please allow some time for the funds to arrive.
  • Address expiry: Before performing any deposits, refer to the [Deposit] page to confirm your current deposit address. Avoid using expired or outdated addresses, as they may lead to irreversible loss of funds.
