How to check your withdrawal status

This article explains how to check the status of your withdrawals on Toobit. Follow the steps below to quickly view and understand your withdrawal progress.

 

Step 1: Go to the Financial history page and locate your withdrawal

Web:

1. Log in to your Toobit account and click [Assets] in the upper-right corner.

 

 

2. Click the [View all] button under [Transaction history] on the right side of the page.

 

 

3. On the [Financial history] page, select [Withdraw].

 

 

App:

1. Tap [Assets] in the bottom-right corner to open the asset details page.

 

 

2. Scroll to the bottom and tap [Funding dynamics].

 

 

3. On the [Wallet history] page, select [Withdraw].

 

 

Step 2: Understand your withdrawal status

After initiating a withdrawal, the status column will display the latest progress. Here is what each status means:

• Pending review: Your request has been received and is awaiting processing.

• Processing: The withdrawal has been broadcast to the blockchain and is waiting for network confirmations.

• Completed: The withdrawal has been successfully confirmed on-chain.

• Failed: The request was not processed due to issues such as an invalid wallet address or insufficient balance.

• Canceled: The request was canceled before it was processed. Your funds remain in your account.

1. Why is my withdrawal taking longer than usual?

Delays can occur due to blockchain congestion, system maintenance, or additional security verification. You may check the blockchain confirmation status using the TxID. If delays persist, please contact Customer Support.

2. Can I track my transaction on-chain?

Yes. You can use the TxID provided in the withdrawal record to check the transaction status on a blockchain explorer.

3. What should I do if my withdrawal status shows [Failed]?

Review your withdrawal details and try again. If you need further assistance, please contact Customer Support.

4. Can I cancel a withdrawal request?

A withdrawal can be canceled only when the status is [Pending review]. Once the transaction is broadcast to the blockchain, it can no longer be canceled.
