Network congestion typically occurs when a high volume of transactions must be processed, resulting in delays and affecting transaction timeliness. Please be patient in such cases. You may use Txid to check the transaction status.
(2) Pending Network Confirmation / Status: Unconfirmed
Your deposit will be credited once the minimum required network confirmations are met. The confirmation requirements vary by currency. If the requirement has not yet been met, please be patient until it has.
(3) Forgot to fill in a Memo or a Tag
For withdrawals of currencies like XLM, users must provide a tag or memo along with the recipient's address. If the tag or memo is missing or incorrect, the withdrawal may be processed, but the funds may not reach the recipient’s address.
(4) Deposit Amount is Below the Minimum

(5) Depositing Crypto unsupported by Toobit
If the Toobit platform does not support the currency you deposited, it may result in the deposit not being credited.

(6) Incorrect Address Not Belonging to Toobit
If you have sent your crypto to an incorrect address that does not belong to Toobit, we unfortunately cannot assist with the recovery. Please reach out to the withdrawal platform for further support.
(7) Unlisted Coin or Unsupported Network/Chain
Toobit only supports listed coins and networks/chains as specified on the Toobit deposit page.

(8) Depositing Tokens Delisted by Toobit
If you have deposited tokens that Toobit has delisted and they have not been credited, please contact online customer service for assistance.

(9) Didn't meet Toobit's minimum deposit requirement
If the amount of assets you deposited is lower than Toobit’s minimum deposit threshold, it will not be credited to your account. To receive the uncredited amount, please make an additional deposit that exceeds the minimum deposit requirement (must be the same currency and on the same blockchain). Once the additional deposit is confirmed, the previous uncredited amount will be automatically credited to your Toobit account along with it.
Example:
The minimum deposit requirement for USDT-SOL is 1 USDT, but you only deposited 0.1 USDT. As a result, the deposit will not be credited to your Toobit account. If you later deposit another 0.9 USDT on USDT- SOL, you will receive a total of 1 USDT (the total amount of the two deposits).
