Bull Come memecoin hits 142 million peak

2026-08-31 15:00

Bull Come, a memecoin tied to a film of the same name, reached a reported market-value peak of $142 million on Aug. 30 after a derivatives product linked to the token began trading. The move extended the token’s record high less than three weeks after its Aug. 14 launch, before its valuation eased to about $120 million.

The rally drew attention not only for its speed but for the concentration of trading among a relatively small group of early buyers, prominent memecoin accounts and large wallets. Public on-chain tracking and social-media posts show several traders reporting outsized unrealized gains, while a pair of wallets bought roughly $1.51 million of Bull Come shortly before the derivatives product went live.

That pattern places Bull Come among the volatile new-token trades where a listing or derivatives launch can rapidly pull in liquidity, amplify short-term price moves and leave late buyers exposed to sharp reversals. The futures product reportedly carried a maximum leverage limit of 10 times, constraining the amount of borrowed exposure available on the contract.

Early buyer claims a 10,000x return

Lana, who controls the X account @fomopumpguy, said five minutes after the derivatives product’s launch that the wallet shown in circulating screenshots belonged to her and had produced a 10,000x return.

The screenshots showed an entry when Bull Come’s market value was near $11,700, using approximately $113.36. On Aug. 30, the same position showed unrealized profit of about $1.006 million. If the position remained open when the token’s market value later settled around $120 million, the implied cumulative return would have exceeded 10,000x.

The account had more than 8,000 X followers and roughly 55,000 followers on a fomo-focused trading platform, according to figures displayed alongside the screenshots. Large reported gains from public trading accounts can influence activity in thinly traded memecoins, particularly when followers attempt to mirror entries after a token has already risen sharply.

A trader known as Laser Cat also posted about Bull Come on Aug. 30, writing that “$800, one trade brought it all back.” Screenshots associated with the post displayed a larger position, with an initial stake of about $10,700 at a reported $100 million market value. The images showed unrealized profit of roughly $1.123 million and a stated return rate of 10,467.74%.

Those figures cannot establish whether positions were later reduced or closed, but they illustrate the extreme outcomes produced by small early purchases in a token that moved from a tiny initial valuation to nine figures within weeks.

Ansel Fang describes adding through volatility

Ansel Fang, a trader known for activity in prediction markets, described a more active approach to Bull Come in public posts. Fang said he first entered when the token’s market value was around $5 million with “a few hundred dollars,” then added after a pullback to about $16 million.

He said he sold his position around a $30 million market value after the token repeatedly failed to break above $40 million. Fang later returned with a $300,000 purchase around the $42 million level.

According to Fang, shallow liquidity meant that purchase pushed his effective entry close to a $50 million market value. He linked the buying to a subsequent rally that carried Bull Come to about $74 million during an earlier surge, and said he continued holding through later drawdowns.

The account offers a practical example of how market value can understate the difficulty of entering a volatile token. Market value is calculated from the token’s quoted price and supply, while the actual price paid for a sizeable order can rise quickly when there are few sell orders available. That slippage can materially reduce returns even when the headline valuation continues climbing.

Large wallets bought before derivatives launch

Publicly shared on-chain monitoring identified a trader known as Queen as buying approximately $1.5 million of Bull Come in two transactions shortly before the Aug. 30 derivatives launch. The reported purchases came when the token’s market value was near $86 million and totaled roughly 17.56 million tokens for $1.51 million.

One wallet, identified as 0x90c1, used 1,540 BNB, valued at about $1.067 million, to acquire 12.25 million Bull Come tokens. A second wallet, 0xfe57, spent 645 BNB, worth roughly $447,000, for 5.31 million tokens.

The purchases coincided with a period in which Bull Come’s reported market value climbed from approximately $55 million to $98 million before later reaching $127 million. On-chain monitoring also indicated that 0x90c1 had previously accumulated and fully exited a Bull Come position five days earlier at a reported price of $0.03162, then returned with the larger buy.

That sequence suggests at least some of the demand came from traders already familiar with the token’s trading range rather than entirely new buyers responding to the derivatives launch. A wallet returning with a seven-figure purchase can also create an outsized price effect where available liquidity is limited.

Smaller positions reflect the challenge of chasing rallies

GMGN data shared in public posts showed another trader, Dayu, holding about 1.4 million Bull Come tokens at an average cost of $0.0413. The position was valued at roughly $121,400 at the time of the data capture, with unrealized profit of about $65,600.

Bull Come later traded above $0.10 and moved toward $0.12, based on the prices cited in the posts. At those levels, Dayu’s unrealized gain would have approached $250,000, or roughly 200%, if the tokens had not been sold.

The contrast between Dayu’s reported return and the 10,000x claims highlights where most of the upside had already been captured: the earliest entries occurred at valuations far below the $100 million range. Once Bull Come reached that scale, large purchases could still lift the price in shallow markets, but they also faced greater slippage and a much narrower margin for error.

The derivatives launch added another channel for traders to take positions on Bull Come’s price, including with leverage. A 10x leverage ceiling can limit the largest borrowed bets, though it does not remove the risk of rapid liquidations if the underlying token swings sharply. For a newly launched memecoin whose valuation can move tens of millions of dollars within hours, the distinction between a strong rally and a cascading reversal can rest on relatively small shifts in available liquidity.
