Candlesticks are very good at showing what price did. They are less helpful when the next questions are why, where, how strong, and how much risk.
That usually means adding indicators, checking another timeframe, drawing a few levels, reviewing momentum, and eventually wondering how the chart acquired quite so many lines.
That is why we built SmartK.
SmartK is our new futures charting mode that brings market signals, structure, momentum, and risk references into the same chart. It builds on traditional candlestick charts with Toobit-developed indicators, drawing tools, historical replay, screenshots, and last, mark, and index price data.
The goal is simple: make it easier to move from looking at the market to forming a structured view of it.
Four questions before the trade
We designed SmartK around four areas: direction, position, momentum, and risk.
-
Direction helps answer whether conditions currently lean bullish, bearish, or range-bound.
-
Position adds context around market structure, support and resistance, and potential entry areas. A bullish signal is one thing. A bullish signal after price has already run a long way is another.
-
Momentum helps show whether a move has support from volume-price activity and whether momentum is strengthening, weakening, or beginning to diverge.
-
Risk brings volatility, reference stop loss distances, and take profit levels into the same analysis.
None of these answers the market for you. They just give you a more organized way to ask it better questions.
Five indicators with different jobs
SmartK launches with three main-chart indicators and two lower-panel indicators covering market signals, entry score, structure, multi-timeframe analysis, volume-price pressure, momentum, and divergence.
You can pair one main-chart indicator with one lower-panel indicator depending on what you want to examine.
One combination might focus on broader market direction and momentum. Another might put more emphasis on structure, entry conditions, and volume-price confirmation.
We deliberately did not design SmartK around putting every possible indicator on screen at once. More information is useful only until it becomes more information.
Replay without hindsight doing the heavy lifting
SmartK also includes historical chart replay.
You can move back to an earlier point in the market and reveal subsequent candlesticks one at a time while the indicators update using only the information that would have been available then.
That distinction matters. Some signals require later closed candles for confirmation. During replay, those signals appear only when the necessary candles would actually have existed.
It is much easier to spot the perfect setup when the next 20 candles are already sitting on the screen. SmartK replay removes that particular superpower.
Better tools still need judgment
Traders are increasingly using technology to support analysis and risk management. In 2026, 49% of institutional investors strengthened their focus on risk management, liquidity, and position sizing, while 73% of affluent and high-net-worth individuals reported using AI for finance and investment.
But tools are most useful when they support judgment rather than pretend to replace it.
SmartK does not automatically open, close, or manage positions. Its signals, scores, and reference entry, SL, and TP levels do not guarantee an outcome.
We built it to bring more of the analysis into one place so traders can spend less time assembling the chart and more time deciding what the chart is actually telling them.
SmartK is now available from the chart area on the Toobit futures trading page.
