Hallucoin is a community-driven meme token on Binance Smart Chain built around Hallu, an on-chain AI persona with maximum confidence and considerably less concern for accuracy. It invents prices, predictions, and insider stories with a straight face.

The concept lands at the intersection of two corners of crypto that have attracted plenty of attention: meme tokens and AI.

As of August 31, 2026, CoinGecko tracked the broader meme token category at approximately $32.5 billion in market capitalization with more than $2.1 billion in 24-hour trading volume. AI-themed meme tokens have also carved out their own niche, with CoinGecko counting 499 AI meme tokens as of May 31, making them the third-largest meme token subcategory by number of listed assets.

HALLU takes that overlap and makes the absurdity part of the product.
