Dear Toobiters,
To provide you with more precise profit and loss (P&L) information, we have optimized the display for Break Even Price on our futures trading interface. This update more accurately reflects your true P&L status, helping you avoid misjudgments caused by trading costs like fees.
New key features:
- The color display for the Break Even Price is now more accurate. It will only turn green when all costs (including fees) are covered, and the position has truly reached its break-even point.
- For long positions, the Break Even Price will turn green when the Mark Price is greater than or equal to the Break-Even Price. Otherwise, it will remain white.
- For short positions, the Break Even Price will turn green when the Mark Price is less than or equal to the Break Even Price. Otherwise, it will remain white.
Example
Let's use a long BTC contract as an example.
You open a long position at a price of $100,000. The system calculates that your break-even price is $100,080 (after including fees).
When the Mark Price reaches $100,050, your floating P&L might show as positive (P&L% is green), but since you haven't yet covered all the fees, the Break Even Price will remain white.
When the Mark Price rises to $100,080, you have officially reached the break-even point and covered all costs. At this point, the Break Even Price will turn green.
If you have any questions or feedback about this feature, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team through our dedicated Support Center.
Thank you for your trust and support.
