These websites, applications, platforms, and related investment activities are not affiliated with, operated by, endorsed by, or authorized by Toobit in any way.
Such fraudulent platforms may be distributed through private messages, chat groups, unknown links, QR codes, third-party download websites, or unofficial installation files. They may promise guaranteed returns, fixed daily interest, rapid doubling of principal, or multi-level referral rewards in order to induce individuals to deposit funds, transfer digital assets, or recruit additional participants.
These claims are inconsistent with normal financial market conditions and may expose individuals to fraud, malicious software, unauthorized collection of personal information, account compromise, or loss of assets.
To protect your account, personal information, and funds, please observe the following precautions:

Only access Toobit through its official website and download Toobit applications through the official links provided on the website. Do not install applications distributed through private links, unknown QR codes, chat groups, third-party file-sharing services, or other unverified channels.

Toobit does not offer products that guarantee profits, fixed daily returns, rapid doubling of principal, or risk-free investment outcomes. Any party using the Toobit name to promise unusually high or guaranteed returns should be treated as a potential scam.

Toobit will not instruct users to transfer funds to personal wallets, private accounts, or unidentified third-party company accounts. Do not make deposits or transfers based on private instructions from purported “mentors,” “agents,” “customer service representatives,” or “investment advisers.”

Always verify the website domain, application developer information, and official account credentials. The use of a similar name, logo, interface, or copied Toobit press releases and promotional materials does not make a website or application an official Toobit channel.

Toobit services are subject to applicable laws, regulations, and the Toobit User Agreement. Toobit does not actively solicit or provide services in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited or restricted. Users are responsible for confirming their eligibility under the laws applicable to their location.
If you encounter any website, application, social media account, chat group, or investment program that may be impersonating Toobit, stop interacting with it immediately. Do not disclose passwords, verification codes, identity documents, private keys, or seed phrases, and do not transfer any funds. Please report the matter through Toobit’s official customer support channels.
If you have already installed a suspicious application or transferred funds, please immediately:
