Following our announcement regarding the discontinuation of services in the Netherlands, the following arrangements will be implemented:

Account Withdrawal: Existing Dutch users must withdraw their account assets from Toobit by 31 May, 2026.
Trading Suspension: We will gradually disable all the trading features for all KYC2 users from the Netherlands before May 31, 2026.

Although services are no longer provided, all user assets remain secure. Users can retrieve their assets by contacting legal@toobit.com or the customer support team.

We will release a final explanation in a subsequent official announcement. In the meantime, we also kindly remind you to stay alert and avoid falling for scams.

Toobit has always been dedicated to offering digital asset trading services and ensuring the safety of customer assets, while following all applicable laws. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused. As always, thank you for your understanding and support.
