How do I close a position?

How to Close a Position on Toobit

1. Log in to your Toobit account.
2. Go to the main trading page by clicking on [Trade] at the top of the homepage.
3. Find the section that displays your open positions. This might be under a tab labeled "Positions" or "Open Orders" within the trading interface.
4. Locate the specific position you want to close. Click on it to see more details.
5. Click the "Close" button or link next to the position you want to close. You may need to specify whether you want to close the entire position or just a part of it.
6. Choose Order Type. Decide whether to close the position with a market order or a limit order:

• Market Order: This will close your position at the current market price immediately.
• Limit Order: This allows you to specify the price at which you want to close your position. The order will execute only if the market reaches this price.

7. Review the details of your closing order. If everything looks correct, confirm the transaction. This usually involves clicking a "Confirm" or "Submit" button.
8. If you placed a market order, the position should close almost immediately. If you placed a limit order, monitor the order status to see if it gets executed when the market reaches your specified price.
9. After the position is closed, check your account balance and transaction history to ensure that the position has been successfully closed and the proceeds have been credited to your account.
