There's a difference between having a trading plan and spending half your time entering it.
Say you want to build a futures position across several price levels. You know your range, how much you want to allocate, and where you'd prefer to buy or sell. The plan is straightforward. Entering every limit order individually? Less so.
That's why we've introduced scaled orders on Toobit Futures, giving you a way to set up multiple limit orders across a chosen price range in one go.
One setup for multiple price levels
With scaled orders, you can place up to 10 limit orders through a single setup. Instead of entering each price and quantity separately, you define your range, total quantity, and how you want your orders distributed.
Here's where it gets interesting.
You can customize two things independently:
-
Price distribution: Space your orders evenly or use increasing or decreasing intervals across your chosen range.
-
Quantity distribution: Split your total quantity equally or allocate progressively larger or smaller amounts to different price levels.
That means you're free to decide where your orders sit and how much you're willing to allocate at each level.
Different plans call for different orders
Let's say you're looking to build a long position, but you'd prefer to buy gradually if prices decline.
With scaled orders, you can distribute your buy orders across progressively lower prices. You could allocate the same amount to each level or increase your allocation at lower prices.
The reverse works too. If you're planning to reduce exposure as prices rise, you can arrange sell orders across higher levels, choosing how much to sell at each one.
This makes scaled orders particularly useful for traders who prefer staggered entries and exits or want to distribute their activity across a price range instead of relying on a single entry or exit price.
Of course, markets aren't obligated to follow your plan. Each limit order is matched independently, and there's no guarantee every order will fill. You can monitor the status of individual orders and cancel unfilled orders without automatically affecting the others.
More ways to trade on your terms
Scaled orders are the latest addition to a series of improvements we've made to Toobit Futures.
We've introduced separate isolated margin mode to support independent positions on the same trading pair, alongside one-click trading, keyboard shortcuts, and faster pair switching. We've also added the ability to increase existing positions and a new data timeline to make reviewing trading activity easier.
Each update addresses a different part of the trading process, from placing orders to managing positions and reviewing past activity.
Scaled orders take that work a little further by making multi-price trading plans easier to put into place.
Try scaled orders on Toobit Futures
Scaled orders are now available on Toobit web, with mobile support planned for app version 2.3.9.

Ten limit orders. One setup. A few less things to enter manually.
We'll take that.
Risk disclaimer: Futures trading involves substantial risk, and leverage can amplify losses. Scaled orders do not guarantee order fills, improved execution prices, or profits.
