Terms and Conditions
1. Users must click the [Register now] button on this page to participate in the campaign.
2. P2P trading is only available in selected regions and is subject to local laws and regulations.
3. Rewards for Activity 1 and Activity 2 are calculated every 7 days from the campaign start date and will be distributed within 7 business days after each calculation cycle ends.
4. Voucher rewards must be activated within 14 days of issuance, otherwise they will expire automatically.
5. Trial Funds are valid for 14 days upon activation and are used alongside existing account funds on a 50/50 basis.
6. Any withdrawal made within 24 hours will render the corresponding transaction ineligible for reward calculation.
7. APR boosts apply only to the user’s first Earn subscription after activation. Applicable limits and eligible products will be specified in the voucher details.
8. Activity 1 rewards are cumulative, while Activity 2 rewards are based on the highest tier achieved. New users may participate in both activities simultaneously.
9. Only P2P buy orders completed through Toobit P2P are eligible. Trades conducted via non-P2P channels, Trial Funds, Bonuses, or sub-accounts will not be counted.
10. Users must comply with Toobit’s Terms of Service. The following actions will result in immediate disqualification: batch account registration, wash trading, self-trading, or other similar actions.
11. Users with multiple accounts on the same IP address or UID will be disqualified.
12. Rewards will be distributed based on the time of qualification and successful verification, on a first-come, first-served basis.
13. Digital asset prices are highly volatile, and all trading decisions are made at the user’s own discretion and risk. Toobit shall not be liable for any losses incurred.
14. Toobit reserves the right of final interpretation of this campaign and may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
