Terms and Conditions

1. Users must click the [Register now] button on this page to join the campaign. Registration automatically enrolls you in all activities.

2. Market makers and sub-accounts are not eligible to join.

3. Daily tasks refresh at 00:00 UTC and reset every day.

4. To be eligible for rewards in the futures trading competition, users must reach a minimum USDT-margined futures trading volume of 20,000 USDT and maintain a positive P&L% throughout the campaign period.

5. The Top 5 traders will receive their full prizes in USDT, while remaining winners will receive rewards 50% in USDT and 50% in vouchers.

6. The trading leaderboard updates every hour. Only users with futures trading volume ≥ 20,000 USDT and a positive P&L% will be ranked. Others will appear as “--”.

7. Trading volume generated using Trial Funds or Bonuses to offset fees or losses will not be counted and may affect ranking.

8. Copy Trading and Lead Trader volume are excluded from futures trading volume.

9. Total futures trading volume = Opening amount + Closing amount. Only trades with a trading fee > 0 will be counted.

10. P&L%: Profit ÷ (Initial balance + Total deposit) × 100%, applicable only to futures accounts.

11. A wallet balance of ≥ 100 USDT in a specific token held for more than 5 minutes at the start of the competition will be considered the initial balance.

12. If two or more users have the same P&L%, the user who registered earlier will be ranked higher.

13. Bonuses are valid for 14 days, and any positions opened with them will automatically close after 24 hours. Trial Funds are also valid for 14 days and are used alongside your own funds in a 50/50 split.

14. All Bonuses and Trial Funds will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis within 10 business days after the campaign ends.

15. Winners of physical prizes will be contacted via email. 

16. Physical prizes will be shipped within 21 business days after the campaign ends. If delivery is not possible due to logistics or other unavoidable reasons, winners will receive an equivalent USDT reward.

17. Users must comply with Toobit’s Terms of Service. The following actions will result in immediate disqualification: batch account registration, wash trading, self-trading, or other similar actions.

18. Users with multiple accounts on the same IP address or UID will be disqualified.

19. Users who engage in prohibited trading activities, such as using identical strategies across multiple accounts or repeatedly placing and canceling orders within the same minute, will be disqualified.

20. In the event of any discrepancies, the English version of this announcement shall prevail.
