Therefore, even if the Authenticity Checker confirms the verification, it does not guarantee that the communication you received was genuinely sent from Toobit's official channels. Exercise caution and verify any suspicious communications!
If you suspect you have encountered a scam or phishing attempt by someone posing as a Toobit representative on any platform, please report it directly via the Authenticity Checker page. Our security team will review and address such issues regularly.
Remain Cautious Regarding All Communications:
- Toobit (including Customer Support) will never request that you transfer assets to an unknown deposit address or ask for your wallet recovery phrase. Even if the verification result is official, sender addresses can be forged using spoofing techniques. Always verify such requests with Toobit’s official Customer Support.
- If you receive a request for personal information, passwords, or assets, maintain a skeptical attitude and verify with Toobit’s official Customer Support by providing the .eml format file of the email or a screenshot of the message. To retrieve the .eml file, click on the Ellipsis (three dots) at the top right corner of your email, then select Download Message to obtain the .eml file for our Customer Support to review.
Authority Definitions:
- Social Media Accounts:
- Role: Official educational and announcement channels.
- Authority: Publish educational content, announcements, and hold events. They are not responsible for any legal or compliance matters. The only official source for legal and compliance information is the Toobit website and online customer support.
- Business Development (BD) Agents:
- Role: Official business development representatives.
- Authority: Expand the market by providing necessary data to KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and finalizing partnerships. They handle matters related to market expansion.
- Admins:
- Role: Official social media organizers.
- Authority: Manage social media order and respond to general user questions. They are not responsible for any legal, compliance, or technical issues. For these matters, please refer to the Toobit website and online customer support.
- Community Managers (CM):
- Role: Official community campaign coordinators.
- Authority: Post community-related campaigns and provide basic service and assistance to community users in using Toobit. Community Managers will never DM users to request fund transfers, usernames, or passwords. Always refer to the Toobit website and online customer support for official information and assistance.
- Listing BD Agents:
- Role: Official representatives for token listing inquiries.
- Authority:Authority: Contact potential qualified token projects to get listed on Toobit. They manage the communication and coordination for listing new tokens on our platform. Toobit will never ask for any listing fee without signing an official contract, and we will not send deposit addresses through direct messages from any non-Toobit official staff.
