Terms and Conditions
1. Users must register on the campaign page to participate.
2. Activities 1 and 2 are available only to users who make their first-ever prediction during the campaign, with a minimum amount of 5 USDT.
3. Activity 3 is available only to users who have made at least one prediction before the campaign begins. Only predictions of 5 USDT or more will count, with the reward based on the highest tier reached.
4. Users who make their first-ever prediction during the campaign are eligible for Activities 1 and 2 only and cannot receive rewards from Activity 3, even if the applicable requirements are met.
5. Only successfully executed orders will be counted toward the campaign. Cancelled, failed, or unfilled orders will be excluded.
6. Certain regions may not support Prediction Market trading and will be ineligible for participation.
7. Rewards will be distributed as Futures Position Vouchers or Trial Funds, valid for 14 days. When used, they will be applied in a 50/50 split with the user’s own funds.
8. Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days after the campaign ends.
9. Users must comply with Toobit’s Terms of Service. The following actions will result in immediate disqualification: batch account registration, wash trading, self-trading, or other similar actions.
10. Users with multiple accounts on the same IP address or UID will be disqualified.
11. Toobit reserves the right to the final interpretation of this campaign. In case of any discrepancy, the English version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
