Toobit allows you to easily view and download your Order History and Trade History. You can check trading history for Spot Order, Futures Order, DEX+ Orders, Earn Order, Convert Order, and Trading Robot Order. This guide will use Spot Order as an example to walk you through how to export your Order History and Trade History.
1. Order History
You can view and download your order history on Toobit by following these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Toobit account, go to [Order] - [Spot Order].
Step 2. Click [Order History] - [Export].
Step 3. Select a [Time Period] and use the calendar to adjust the dates. You can export up to one full year of order history.
Step 4. Click [Export]. Please note that you can only export up to 15 statements per month.
Step 5. After the statement is ready, you will receive a notification.
Step 6. Click [Download] to save it in a CSV file.
Please note that the statement download link will only be stored for 7 days. Please download it as soon as possible.
2. Trade History
Step 1. Go to [Order] - [Spot Order] - [Trade History].
Step 2. Click [Export] on the right-hand side and select [Trade History].
Step 3. Select [Time Period] (up to the past year) and click [Export].
Step 4. Click [Download] to save it in a CSV file.
Note:
- Each exported file contains up to 1,000 entries. The system may take some time to compile the data.
- History statement are displayed in UTC+0 time and include data before 00:00 UTC.
- The maximum exportable range is up to one year.
- You can export up to 15 statements per month.
- Download links remain valid for 7 days.
