Terms and Conditions

1. Participation is limited to eligible regions and requires registration on the campaign page.

2. Only self-directed trades are eligible. Supported order types include market orders, lightning close positions, and market take profit/stop loss orders. Copy Trading is not supported.

3. Each account may claim slippage compensation up to 2 times per month. Compensation will be issued in Trial Funds, capped at 200 USDT per transaction.

4. To apply for slippage compensation, submit screen recordings or screenshots showing the position opening, execution price, real-time market price, and network status (good or above) within 3 days of the order. Late submissions will not be accepted.

5. Liquidation compensation applies only to your first futures liquidation of each month and is calculated based on the liquidation amount.

6. Compensation is cumulative across all eligible tiers and will be distributed the following day.

7. Liquidation amounts are based on the actual liquidated value, excluding leverage.

8. Trades using Bonuses or Trial Funds will not count toward liquidation calculations.

9. Trial Funds rewards require equivalent margin in the futures account when used. No leverage restrictions apply.

10. Users must comply with Toobit’s Terms of Service. The following actions will result in immediate disqualification: batch account registration, wash trading, self-trading, or other similar actions.

11. Users with multiple accounts on the same IP address or UID will be disqualified.

12. In the event of any discrepancies, the English version of this announcement shall prevail.
