Toobit x Wedom Leaderboard Challenge - November

Eligibility and registration

1. This campaign is open only to eligible users under the Wedom affiliate network.

2. Referred users will be automatically registered if they hold at least 200 USDT in their Futures Account. Otherwise, registration will fail, and the system will recheck their eligibility every eight hours. Users may also click “Register Now” to trigger an immediate eligibility check.

3. Sub-accounts, market makers, API traders, and institutional accounts are not eligible.

4. To enter either leaderboard, a registered user must generate at least 100,000 USDT in Effective Futures Trading Volume during the Campaign Period.

Leaderboards and ranking

1. The campaign includes a Futures PnL% (ROI%) Leaderboard and an Effective Futures Trading Volume Leaderboard.

2. Leaderboard data is updated approximately every 10 minutes and may be delayed. Please refresh the page if recent data is not shown.

3. Campaign-page data is for reference only. Final eligibility, rankings, and rewards are subject to verification by Toobit’s Risk Control and Data teams. Toobit’s final settlement data will prevail.

Futures PnL% (ROI%) calculation

Only assets and transactions in the participant’s Futures Account will be included.

For the purpose of this calculation:

1. Profit = Equity at Settlement + Withdrawals − Initial Equity − Deposits − Incentive Fund Principal

2. PnL% = Profit ÷ (Initial Equity + Deposits + Incentive Fund Principal) × 100%

3. Initial Equity and Equity at Settlement include unrealized P&L in the Futures Account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals refer only to funds transferred into or out of the Futures Account during the Campaign.

5. Incentive Fund Principal includes bonuses, Trial Funds, and vouchers credited during the Campaign. It is counted as part of the cost basis, while any profit or loss generated from it is included in Profit.

Effective Futures Trading Volume

Effective Futures Trading Volume = Total Eligible Futures Trading Volume − Incentive Fund Trading Volume

1.  Total Eligible Futures Trading Volume includes qualifying opening and closing trading volume generated from eligible USDT- and USDC-margined Perpetual Contracts during the Campaign Period. Both qualifying Maker and Taker trading volume will count, subject to the exclusions below and Toobit’s final risk-control review.

2. Incentive Fund Trading Volume refers to trading volume generated using Futures Bonuses, Trial Funds, Cash Vouchers, or other promotional funds used to offset trading fees or trading losses. Such volume will be deducted when calculating Effective Futures Trading Volume.

3. The following will not count toward Effective Futures Trading Volume: spot or fiat transactions; Copy Trading; Strategy or Grid Trading; trades involving zero-fee or 0% Maker-fee pairs; stablecoin pairs, including USDC/USDT; and any self-matching, wash trading, artificial volume generation, abusive hedging, risk-free offsetting, market manipulation, or other activity that Toobit determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise ineligible.

4. Any position held for less than three minutes will be invalid, and its trading volume will not count.

Rewards and distribution

1. Rewards will be distributed by airdrop to eligible participants’ Toobit accounts within 14 business days after the campaign ends.

2. Participants who fail to meet the registration requirements, minimum trading-volume requirement, ranking requirements, or risk-control review will not receive a reward.

3. If a participant’s account is restricted, suspended, closed, or otherwise unable to receive a reward, Toobit may withhold or cancel the reward.

Risk control and prohibited conduct

Toobit may review any activity suspected of being fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative. Toobit reserves the right to disqualify affected participants, exclude related trading volume, adjust rankings, or withhold rewards.

General terms

1. Toobit’s official records determine registration status, eligibility, trading volume, PnL%, rankings, and rewards.

2. Toobit is not liable for delays, interruptions, or display errors caused by technical issues, maintenance, force majeure, or events beyond its reasonable control.

3. Toobit may amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign or these Terms where reasonably necessary.

4. Toobit reserves the right of final interpretation, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
