How to close your account

Dear Toobiters,

If you no longer wish to use Toobit, you can now permanently close your account.

Follow these steps to close your account on the web:

Step 1: Log in and Navigate to the Account Closure Page

• Visittoobit.com and log in to your account.
• Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner → then select Security Settings.
• Scroll down to Account Management and click [Close] at the bottom of the page.

Step 2: Review and Confirm

• The system will redirect you to the account closure information page, outlining the consequences that apply after closing.
• Please review the details carefully, check the agreement box, and click [Agree to close account] to proceed.

After Your Account Is Closed:

• Login and all trading functions will be disabled.
• All API keys for your account will be disabled.
• Your account will no longer be eligible to receive the associated rewards.

Step 3: Verify and Complete Account Closure

• Enter the verification codes from SMS, email, and the Authenticator app.
• Click [OK] to complete the account closure.

Important Notice:

1. Before submitting your request, please ensure that the available balance in your account (including both crypto and fiat assets) does not exceed 1 USDT.

2. Once the request is confirmed, your Toobit account will be permanently closed and cannot be recovered.
