To maintain a fair and transparent marketplace, Toobit has established the following trading and settlement rules for Prediction Market.
Before participating in the Prediction Market, please read and fully understand the following rules and risk disclosures.
-
Participation rules
1.1 Asset requirements
Prediction Market currently supports participation using USDT only. Users must have sufficient available assets in their Futures account to participate in the Prediction Market.
1.2 Participation mechanism
Users participate by selecting an outcome and allocating a participation amount. Once the market is settled, the system will distribute settlement returns based on the final result.
Please note that Prediction Market and Futures trading share the same account balance. Participation in the Prediction Market may affect your available margin and futures positions. Users should carefully monitor account balances, positions, and risk levels before participating.
1.3 Minimum participation amount
To ensure normal market operation and order validity, the minimum participation amount per order is 1 USDT.
Toobit reserves the right to adjust the minimum participation amount based on market conditions. Please refer to the actual amount displayed on the platform.
1.4 Position lock-up rules
Once participation is confirmed, the corresponding position will remain locked until the market is settled.
Before settlement, positions cannot be cancelled, withdrawn, or otherwise modified. Please assess the risks carefully before participating.
1.5 Multiple participations
Users may participate in the same outcome of a market multiple times.
Multiple entries for the same outcome will be automatically combined and displayed as a single position in [My predictions].

Settlement rules
2.1 Settlement time
Each prediction market will be settled according to the settlement time displayed on its market page.
After an event concludes, Toobit may conduct outcome verification and data validation before settlement. Therefore, a period of time may elapse between the event end time and the final settlement time. In most cases, settlement will be completed within 24 hours.
The final outcome, settlement status, and related information shall be determined and published by Toobit and will be deemed final.
2.2 Settlement returns
The final settlement amount is calculated based on the user's participation amount, the distribution of positions across all outcomes, and the final confirmed outcome of the event. Any estimated returns displayed on the platform are for reference only. The actual settlement amount is subject to the final settlement result.
If the selected outcome matches the final confirmed outcome, the settlement amount will be calculated as follows:
Settlement Amount = Amount Participated in Winning Outcome + Allocated Net Returns
Where:
Allocated Net Returns = (User's Amount in Winning Outcome ÷ Total Amount in Winning Outcome) × Total Amount in Losing Outcomes × (1 − Settlement Fee Rate)
2.3 Settlement fee
To support market matching, outcome verification, risk management, and settlement processing, Toobit charges a settlement fee on profits generated from winning outcomes.
A settlement fee of 10% is charged only on the net return earned from a winning outcome. The original participation amount is not subject to any settlement fee.
2.4 Outcome determination
After settlement, predictions may be classified as follows:
Winning prediction: The selected outcome matches the final settlement result.
Losing prediction: The selected outcome does not match the final settlement result.
Voided market: If an event is cancelled, invalidated, affected by abnormal data, or impacted by other exceptional circumstances, Toobit may void the market and process settlement according to the applicable rules. The final resolution method is subject to the platform's official announcement.
If no valid participation is recorded for the final winning outcome, all participation amounts will be refunded to users.
